Menarini Silicon Biosytems Case Study
CHALLENGE: It’s sometimes hard to understand the US trade show market and create just the right vision to grow your market presence. Our client, Menarini Silicon Biosytems was on the precipice of expanding their booth size beyond a simple “pop up” display and was looking for a partner to design, build, and manage their expanded schedule. We began with a sketch that outlined the client’s vision while on a Skype call with the product managers in Italy and the marketing people in California. Our designer got such a strong impression from the client that we started a screenshare and designed the booth in real time right in front of them, using the sketch as base. From there on, our creative vision was linked to the brand.
SOLUTION: As we continued providing solutions, the booth grew from an initial modular 10x10 & 10x20 to a 20x20 and now, a full 20x30 with meeting rooms. In addition to building the booth, we’ve been able to bring our own AV solutions to bear- creating and amazing video wall solution that can be managed from a cell phone on site or remotely by our team if needed. We’ve also expanded our warehousing support to include warehousing, ordering, and online resource management of any giveaways and printed materials that might be needed. That way, if a salesperson needs a brochure, they only must log on, order, and it’s sent to their location - directly from our warehouse.
In the end, we’ve proven that we are the US partner that can be trusted to execute a growing tradeshow schedule on time, on budget, on trend, with exactly the right resources to create an amazing (and low stress) US trade show experience. and the client originally sought.
